Swimming Pool Design Package - $2500 Incl. GST

This exterior design package gives you design options to best suit the needs and requirements of you and your property.

We will visit your property, measure and discuss your wants and needs and plan options for you with consideration to State Complying or Council Rules.

Your design package includes a site meeting and measure up, two concept layouts, 3d screen snapshots of your proposal pool as well as planting suggestions.

House Alterations & Additions Design Package - $10,000 Incl. GST

Want alterations to your house but don’t know where to start? Confused about all the rules for State Complying Development or your Local Council? Let us step in and help you with concept design layouts for your property.

The first step of the design process begins with a meeting at your residence. This provides us the opportunity to meet with you, view the site, establish your brief and wish list. We will also take notes and photographs to assist in the concept development. 

The design process is carried out with your needs and State or Council rules in play giving you peace of mind that design can be given building approval whether through Complying Development or Council.

Your house design package includes three site meetings for measuring and design discussions, two concept options and 3d screen snapshots of your proposal. Once the design is settled Right Angle can lodge your development for building approval. (Survey, reports or lodgement fees not included in package)
